John Turner works with individuals, couples, or small groups in exploring your questions about the Bible, or particular topics or books of the Bible you want to study. Perhaps you don’t learn best in a group setting and would make more progress working one on one with a knowledgeable person you could dialogue with. Perhaps your schedule makes it difficult to participate in group Bible studies. John will work with you in finding times for sessions that will work for you. Perhaps you are called to a particular ministry and want to prepare through Bible study. John will individualize a study to help equip you. Individualized sessions are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. A suggested donation of $40.00 per hour is voluntary. (We understand that not all people we serve will be able to make suggested donations, and that some people will be able to donate more than the suggested amount.)

Quotes from students:
“John Turner is the real thing! Having sat alongside him as some new thematic insight has become crystal clear to him, and having witnessed the excitement and pure joy that brought to him, I can attest that this is no ordinary Bible scholar. Scholarly, yes, but focused on opening new depths of relationship with the living God.” --Vivian Potee
“John Turner acknowledges that some may call him an amateur Bible scholar. He accepts the term if it is understood to mean, ‘for the love of it,’ for he says, ‘I truly and intensely love the Scriptures.’ That’s the type of scholar I want to guide me through the Bible.”--Bob Thomas
“John Turner is a godly man teaching a God subject. If you don’t learn the Bible from John, you aren’t paying attention. I’ve learned more from a John Turner Bible study than in four years of studying the Bible in college.” --Bob Goodwin
The Rev. John J. Turner, co-founder of Christview Ministries, at the request of Christview clients, is offering a second opportunity for students to journey with him through his book, Living the Full Bible: Embracing God’s Vision for Your Life, Your Church, and the World. The book addresses twenty major theological themes of the Bible, and traces each theme from Genesis to Revelation, not only giving evidence of the unity of the Bible and of the divine inspiration underlying it, but also demonstrating the vital importance of major themes that are ever-present through the course of the Bible. Attentive readers will come away with a sense of God’s vision for the church of Jesus Christ and for their own lives. They will bring increased energy, creativity, understanding, and disciplined focus to their service in Christ’s church
As weather allows, class members will choose to attend one of two sessions each month beginning in February 2019 and concluding as close as possible to October 2020; the classes will be scheduled on the first Tuesday and the following Saturday of each month, 9 AM to Noon. Students may choose either Tuesday or Saturday, and they may switch back and forth as necessary. Weather and unexpected events may call for the rescheduling of some classes, and so it is important that Christview Ministries has email addresses or other means of contacting students who wish to participate in the course. We pray that all who complete the course will find that it has been life enriching and transforming. A donation of $15.00 per person per session per session is suggested, and entirely voluntary.
We need to know your plan to participate so that we may have space and materials available for you. Email email@example.com or call 479-253-5865.
Living the Full Bible takes a fresh approach to lay out an orderly, readable, and productive tour of the Bible. Readers’ understandings are built, layer upon layer, until they have a strong foundation for their views of who God is, who we are (and who we may become), what our God-given mission is, and how our community of faith can help prepare us for our mission.
